Like my swords, these are carved from solid ½” thick plastic using a high-speed pin router table. They then go through various stages of filing, sanding and buffing to create a balanced, comfortable and attractive trainer. On all my edged trainers, the blades are polished and handles are either satin finished or carved for better grip.
